The Space:
This waterfront home offers cozy, rustic cabin vibes along with ample space ideal for families. Near the 40 Mile Marker of the main channel, this more serene part of the lake is perfect for all water-themed activities such as swimming, floating, fishing, kayaking, and as many boating adventures as you can imagine. Just 10 minutes out from the town of Laurie, you’ll be within easy reach of delicious local dining spots like Phat Sal’s and Val’s, or pop into the charming coffee shops of Mo Java and Omega Coffee for your morning fix. If you’d rather explore by boat, waterfront dining is in abundance just a short ride from the home. Should you encounter a rainy day or two, don’t be discouraged as there’s plenty more to do away from the water. Axe throwing, bowling, movie theaters, and shopping will keep you and the kids busy all day long. A bit further out, you can be in Osage Beach or Camdenton for even more entertainment options.

Guests will have access to communal outdoor amenities shared with the home’s sister property just next door such as the spacious, partially shaded two-tiered dock, beachfront firepit with Adirondack seating, lounge area, and barbeque grill. You can already picture yourself down by the water with a good book and refreshing beverage in hand, listening to the waves lap gently against the shore. Dine al fresco on the porch or back deck against the serene backdrop, or head indoors to surround yourself in comfort and style.

The main living area will be your hub for gathering and entertainment, offering a plush leather sofa and cushy armchair seating along with an elegant dining table with seating for 8. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen includes most major appliances and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for the convenience of preparing meals right at home. The second living area, facing the water, doubles as a bedroom and play area for the kids with additional sofa seating, card table, and smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between the bedroom/secondary living area, which offers 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds & a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a bonus sleeping area with a king-sized bed, Smart TV, & ensuite bath.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

• The house is equipped with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker
• This home offers parking for up to 2 standard vehicles if parked side-by side facing the water. Please note that the driveway is shared with Big Bear Bungalow.
This home offers a priivate dock with two PWC lifts and a 10X30 boat slip available for guest use. Please note that all dock amenities are shared with Big Bear Bungalow. The Dock is use is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat or PWC while on the dock.
• This home is equipped with an exterior security camera, located near the outdoor light next to the double doors. The camera is monitoring the driveway.
• Please note that this residence does not provide trash services. Guests are responsible for collecting and transporting their own trash. A convenient trash depot is available at the Shell Station on O Road, where a disposal fee of $3.50 per bag applies. Please pay the cashier before disposal. An additional fee per bag will be assessed for any trash left behind.
• Minimum rental age: 25 years or older required.
