„Friendly staff, good food, easy parking and very reasonably priced,“

„Camera pulita“

„Recommend. Would stay again definitely“

„Food, staff were amazing“

„Quiet and clean “

„Room was filthy, dust, dirt and cobwebs. Bathroom smelt like poo. Sink leaked. Entire room smelt of damp. Bed atrocious. The pillows were flat as pancakes and very old. Fridge didn't work. Staff friendly.“

„Great location for Matlock Bath illumination. Hotel has an Indian restaurant which was popular but we had already booked elsewhere. The hotel is generally clean and tidy but some aspects of cleaning could be improved. The shower doors and bathroom floor would have benefited from a better clean. Good parking facilities on site and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit tired but places to stay in Matlock bath with parking are limited. All in all, good value for money.“

„Nice Hotel. The Room was big enough. The Hotel Staff helped us.“

„typical to the landscape, good parking, lot of stairs inside, good offer at the restaurant“

„Hotel in dire need of redecoration throughout. Carpets dirty, bathrooms tired, cleanliness debatable. If you're looking for 5 star accommodation this is not for you. More focused at the lower end of the scale.“
