„There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Shopping and food within 5-15 minute walks. 5-7 drive to U of M. Kitchen had the basic cooking items. One bedroom faced an alley with a bar & which had live music on several nights on the weekends, which could be somewhat noisy to sleep in that bedroom. The gym met our basic workout needs. “

„The downtown location was excellent and convenient for restaurants and other activities. The hosts were responsive and helpful when we contacted them. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. However, 2 days before our month long stay began, we were informed that a major sewer line upgrade project was taking place directly outside the apartment windows.
