VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!“

„The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.“

„Communication with management/owner was not very good. I was unprepared for the check-in process. It was different than any other check in process. Having to download apps and have separate security deposits taken at check-in was horrible and inconvenient. The location was great for walking to the convention center and restaurants in the middle of town. The apartment was very nice, a little bit noisy but fulfilled our requirements.“
