„This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!“

„Filed claim w/VRBO Pictures & write up are misleading. ~The best is the last item~ - Advertise with pictures showing the next door apt is a 2 story with their 2nd floor balcony apt is and directly above of rental. Loud. - Replace small (child size) table in dinning area - A smattering of silverware, 2, plates, cups, no ice trays, -Replace velvet sofa with no velvet. Looked dirty. 1 cushion had no fabric, placed sheets down to have a place to sit. Couch is too big for small area so right up ...

„Property is old/ worn/dirty. The unit was filthy! Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Bathroom toilet had a huge amount of dried urine on the underside of toilet seat. Bathroom sink had dried toothpaste and men’s whiskers all over it and the wall. The bathroom counter had rotten wood and is falling apart. We had to stay one night as we had no other place to stay. Upon following directions and stripping the bed, there was no mattress pad cover, and the mattress was stained horribly.“

„If I could give this place more stars I would. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She was also very kind when I lost her key card. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again next time we are in Dallas. Highly recommend this apartment. Great communication from the host. “

„The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.“
