Bring the whole family—or your entire group—to this 5-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, just minutes from Hershey's top attractions. Whether you're planning a family vacation, reunion, wedding weekend, or concert getaway, you'll have plenty of room to spread out while enjoying the peace and privacy of a quiet neighborhood.
The home comfortably accommodates larger groups and features a huge private backyard, a relaxing fire pit, and 1 Gbps fiber Wi-Fi, making it perfect for both vacation and remote work.

Eric (the owner/co-host) does live on the property in an RV is completely separate from the house, and guests have exclusive use of the home during their stay. He respects guests' privacy and will never enter the home or interrupt your stay unless you request assistance. Many guests appreciate having the owner nearby in the rare event they need recommendations or immediate help.

My goal is to make your stay as comfortable, private, and enjoyable as possible.

There are TVs in all the bedrooms and the family room. The house does not have cable. All of the TVs have guest access for streaming services, bring you usernames and PWs, which are erased at checkout when you login as a guest.

The entire property is open to your use except for the basement, garage and left side of the driveway (as looking from the street). Access to the house will be given to you by Karen, before check-in, via a code for the front door. Please feel free to make yourself at home. There is plenty of stacked firewood for your use. If you're feeling ambitious, you can also burn the fallen wood in the wooded areas bordering the property.

The primary host is Karen. She is very attentive and wants you to have the best stay possible. She can be reached via the app or best by phone/text. Eric (the owner) does co-host with her when he is around. Hopefully everything is smooth but if there is an issue, it is convenient having him next door, as he can help immediately if available. He is available as well on the app and by phone/text. He is the only one that can arrange EV charging at $0.22 kWt. It helps to contact him ahead of your stay in case he is on a flying trip. The charger is a Home Tesla charger so bring your attachments for the charger if its not a Tesla. We look forward to hosting you and helping make your visit to the Hershey area a memorable one!

Please leave the left side of the driveway open in front of his RV. Park on the right side of the driveway (as you are looking at the house from the road). There are several more parking spot in the cul-de-sac, if needed. Parking is not an issue and further explained when you enter the home. Please don't block mailboxes or neighbors driveways.
