„We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend.“

„Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. „Unexpected deposit admin charge, and also need a big amount of deposit, of which the property has debited my credit card instantly instead of holding the amount. Being a foreign traveler, I lost on the exchanged rate because of the buy-in and out difference from local currency, even the deposit refunded afterwards. On top of it, one of the window in apartment was blocked, the heat is unbearable. As we reported this issue to the property and had no improvement at all during our stay.“

„Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room.
