For wellness seekers, an electric sauna and single-person soaking tub provide spa-like indulgence. An indoor exercise bike ensures your fitness routine stays on track, rain or shine.

Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring Hästens luxury massage beds for the ultimate night`s sleep. The chef’s kitchen is anchored by a premium Italian-made Lofra Dolcevita 120 oven (with two separate ovens: 95L and 30L), perfect for preparing meals with precision and style. Though there’s no dishwasher, large garden-view windows make handwashing a calming ritual. You’ll also find a KitchenAid kettle and toaster, plus a filtered coffee machine for your morning brew.

The home includes a private EV charger (available for a small fee), high-speed Wi-Fi, and one secure on-site parking space. Ample free parking is also available nearby.

A stroll through Gränna is a journey back in time. The André Expedition Museum offers a deep dive into the ill-fated balloon expedition to the North Pole, while the ruins of Brahehus Castle, perched high above, provide panoramic views of the town and the expansive lake beyond.

Gränna and all its visitors celebrate traditions, most notably the making of `Polkagris` - the iconic red and white striped peppermint candy. Watching these candies being produced through the shop windows is a treat.

Located centrally and beside the Gränna Church (Kyrka), our home offers guests the unique advantage of being steps away from Gränna`s attractions while enjoying the opulence and comfort of a stately home. It is rare for homes in Gränna to have the extremely large and private garden that we do.

Summer in Gränna is a vibrant affair. The harbor bustles with activity as ferries set off for Visingsö Island, a haven of historical ruins and scenic beauty. The town`s festivals, celebrating its heritage, fill the air with music, dance, and the sweet scent of Polkagris.

Winter, on the other hand, transforms Gränna into a serene snow-covered wonderland. The chilly air is perfect for cozying up in our residence with a warm drink, gazing over the town, and planning the next day`s adventures.

Whether it`s the allure of history, the charm of traditions, or the promise of scenic beauty, Gränna has it all. And our fine home, in the heart of this wonderful town, ensures that your stay is nothing short of magical, regardless of the season.

Gränna has limited but efficient public transport options:

Buses: Local and regional buses connect Gränna to nearby towns and cities. These buses are operated by Jönköping Länstrafik and are a reliable way to travel within the region.

Ferries: Gränna`s harbor serves as a departure point for ferries to Visingsö Island. This short ferry ride offers beautiful views of Lake Vättern and is a popular mode of transport, especially in the summer months.

Train Connections: While Gränna itself doesn`t have a train station, the nearby town of Jönköping serves as a major rail hub. From Jönköping, one can take a bus to Gränna.

Roads: Gränna is easily accessible by road, with well-maintained highways connecting it to major cities.

For those staying in Gränna, much of the town is walkable, and many attractions are within a short distance of each other. However, for longer journeys or trips to neighboring areas, the local bus service is the most commonly used mode of public transport.
