Easy check in, full kitchen, comfortable bed, desk in the living room if you need to get any work done, & a great shared back yard for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Our host, Jim, responds promptly to all questions or concerns. A big plus was the included off street parking spot. “

„Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! “

„This is a very cute, family friendly property. The house is in a great location. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. There is plenty of things to do near by as well, such as Folsom Lake, malls and Sacramento. I also appreciate the communication from the host(s).“

„The home was beautiful and very unique. The common areas like kitchen, dining and living areas were wonderful. It would have been nice to have access to a nicer outdoor space especially since it was the only way to get to the parking space. But overall, it was lovely.“
