„The host Allen was great! He stayed in communication with us and even offered to turn on the heater for us because we weren’t expected to get in until about 10pm. When we arrived the thermostat was showing that it was heating but the vents were blowing cold air and the inside temp read 61. I set the thermostat to 72 and waited about and hour and the temp had gone down to 60. Sent Allen a message through the app, not expecting a response due to how late it was. „I love staying here next door to my family. It makes visiting home very fun and convenient for all! One request would be to secure fence better. Lots of aggressive animals surrounding the fence line with loose boards. Its actually pretty funny how many wildlife species who live on this block. Ducks, dogs, hawks, owls, cats, roosters, and many many more... Thank you!“

„We were looking for a place in Selma to meet up with family and found this one. It was a great location in a wonderful neighborhood. The home was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. If you chose this home you will not be disappointed. If ever we need a home again in Selma we would not hesitate to stay here if available.“

„We scheduled this rental to come for a funeral. The ac unit was found to be not working 5 hours prior to our arrival and 10 hours into our drive to Hanford the property manager let us know . It was near 100 degrees in the house when we arrived even though they had placed portable units in the house. The portable units had been placed with a 3 ounce cup to catch the humidity run off out of the machine and there was 30 ish gallons of water around every machine--in essence a flood in the house.
