"Tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Lage. Für Wochenend-Trip super geeignet. Kleines, gemütliches Zimmer, welches völlig ausreichend war. Nur 7 Gehminuten vom internationalen Busbahnhof entfernt und genau am Anfang der wichtigsten Straße. Das Hotel selbst war sehr sauber und die Rezeption sehr freundlich mit einigen lokalen Empfehlungen, wie zum Beispiel ein Tagesausflug zur tibetischen Hängebrücke. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Our stay did not live up to the positive reviews and our expectations. On the positive side, the hotel is well located and the staff was nice throughout. When we arrived, we were given a very big room with two single beds pushed together, without even a mattress topper to make it a proper double. The receptionist kindly moved us to a smaller but decent room with a queen-size bed. However, the night was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hot, and opening the window only partially helped due to the noise (beeping and revving cars, as the hotel is directly above the main road). The air conditioning did not work, which was not communicated to us (we were told it’s due to regulations after recent snow). We were provided with a fan, but the plug was broken, and by the time we realised at bedtime, we didn’t bother reporting it. We had already bought earplugs from the pharmacy and ended up sleeping with the window open. Also worth noting: no kettle in the room (which seems common for NH hotels, but still a bit surprising), and finding the parking requires checking the NH official website as it’s not the same address as the hotel. The entrance is on a street behind the hotel (the parking itself is underneath, but access is from the back). Overall, we did not expect this from a 4-star hotel and would not stay here again or recommend it."

"Das Hotel liegt in erhöhter Lage und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Ort Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Beim Abendessen gab es leider Abzüge: Die meisten Speisen waren nur lauwarm. Möglicherweise lag das an der Nebensaison und der Tatsache, dass wir unter der Woche dort waren – dennoch hätten wir uns hier etwas mehr Qualität erwartet. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen beim kulinarischen Teil. "

"Das Hotel hat eine Sterne Bewertung von ****S. Im besten Fall würde ich für heutige Ansprüche maximal 2-3 Sterne vergeben. Grund sind alte und kaputte Teppiche in den Zimmern, sowie altes Mobiliar. Mit Brunnenwasser nachgefüllte Flaschen ohne Sicherheitsverschluss geht gar nicht! Kein Notizblatt und keine Kugelschreiber im 4*S?Frühstück war hingebend sehr gut. "
