Located on the first floor, this modern and tastefully decorated two-bedroom apartment in Troia is the perfect vacation home for families and friends seeking a relaxing getaway. And with the beach just a short distance away, you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful coastline.

The open space design provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for everyone.

The living room features two sofas, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range household appliances and essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient to clean up after preparing a delicious meal.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The property also offers a shared pool and garden, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.

Private parking within the building also ensures you have a safe and secure place to park your vehicle during your stay.

Tróia is a peninsula located in the municipality of Setúbal. It is a narrow strip of land, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Sado River on the other.

It is famous for its pristine beaches with golden sands and clear waters. Some famous beaches include Praia de Tróia, Praia Bico das Lulas, and Praia Atlântica. The seas around Tróia are known for dolphin-watching opportunities. Boat tours allow visitors to observe dolphins in their natural habitat.

Tróia is part of the Tróia-Natura Protected Landscape, which aims to preserve the natural environment and biodiversity of the region.

Tróia is close to Setúbal, known for its seafood, historic sites, and vibrant atmosphere. Visitors often combine trips to both locations. Access to Tróia is typically by ferry from Setúbal, providing a scenic journey across the river. There is also a road connection.

Tróia has historical significance, and archaeological excavations have revealed Roman ruins, including a Roman fish processing complex and a Roman villa. These sites provide insights into the area's rich history.

The area attracts tourists seeking a tranquil getaway, with options for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and water sports.

Modern developments with hotels, resorts, and golf courses also cater to tourists.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Atlantic Ferries - Tróia (Cais Sul) is just a 5-minute drive from the property.

Humberto Delgado Airport is an 82-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
