„Thank you for the quietness, the wonderful room and for the exceptional service.“

„Jack, the young man who did the valet parking for me, was awesome. I give him 5 stars.“

Stock,“

„Standard simple beach town hotel. Room very humid even with AC. Everything, bedlines, clothes feel damp. Housekeep ing only every 5 days or on demand. Breakfast simple, no creamcheese, no bagels, breakfast bar crowded, too small for all the guests. Staff very friendly.“

„Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing ...

„Great staff, room was clean. Nothing negative to say and would return“

„Rating: 1/5 (Zero stars if I could) Booking this hotel through Expedia was a complete nightmare, and the property is a total scam. Upon arrival, the initial room offered was filthy and infested with bugs. The front desk clerk—who admitted he was smoking marijuana in the back—offered a second room, which was even worse. After stepping out briefly to get food, I returned only to find the entire building locked shut. Nobody answered the phone, and I was forced to find emergency accommodations ...

„WLAN sehr gut, direkte Strand Lage.

„This hotel on Expedia was misleading. It said "on the beach", but it was across the street. It also was part of Caravell resorts and that was not mentioned. The picture on Expedia is part of the resort that is on the beach, but the St. John's Inn is a 3 story gray building. The only picture that was correct was the room picture. The room smelled of chlorine or some sort of strong cleaner, had flaking paint on the walls, and the bathroom doorknob was not secure. Stay was acceptable, but ...

„The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh ...
