„This seems like a newer hotel. It is not luxury, but it is clean, quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the beds were very comfortable (ESPECIALLY the pillows which weren't overstuffed monstrosities like many hotels have). There was tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate 24/7. The lobby isn't big, so if you were stuck in your room due to weather, you probably wouldn't go there, but I found the room large enough with lots of "tuck your luggage away" spaces, so it wouldn't feel too cramped if you were ...

„Pulled in at 7pm. Opened the door to our room and there was an alarm going off. Took 30 minutes to get a person on the phone and they were from the other resort. No one on-site. Couldn't send maintenance. Found an alarm on fridge and had to unplug it. Asked where we could get ice. 7 miles away at the other resort. Mini kitchen had 1 glass, no dish soap. Toilet seat was loose, shower curtain fell off the wall and couldn't get back up. Tub was supposed to have jets (as shown in pictures) but did ...

„The view was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful. There was a smoky odor in the room, either from the fireplaces in the other units or from the firepit outside. The floor plan of the bathroom in the third-floor room was odd. The open door blocked the sink. We had a little trouble figuring out the A/C controls, so the room was a little too warm. We greatly appreciated the free EV charging stations. They were never ICEd while we were there. We underestimated how tiring the 32 stair steps ...

„Das junge Mädchen was morgens den Check-Out machte war sehr desinteressiert und erweckte den Eindruck nicht gern da zu arbeiten. Den Hinweis das jemand mal die Toilette wegen defekter Spülung anschauen sollte nahm sie desinteressiert entgegen. Insgesamt sprach sie nur 2 Worte. Jeweils "Ok". Das Hotel bedarf mal einer Modernisierung.“
