„The only recommendation is to purchase some sort of small vacuum to vacuum sand and then dispose of the sand in garbage can. As I am sure you are aware the sand was everywhere.“

Also the grounds and the pool are meticulously kept. A huge shout out to Carol who has the fastest and most effective communication I’ve ever experienced.“

The views were spectacular and the game room came in handy on rainy afternoons. „The house, location and hot tub were amazing. We stayed during high seaweed season which was a little different but if you go out snorkeling beyond the seaweed it’s amazing.( also it did not stink like other parts of the island). We saw stingray, schools of squid , tons of fish, giant lobsters etc.. starfish point is close for great sunsets but we took a ton of pics on our own beach too. „Very nice property. Easy swim out to reef to snorkel. Need water shoes as waterfront is more rocky. Great layout for 4 couples. Two nice beach clubs (kaibo and rum point) with good restaurants 10 minutes away. Not as touristy as seven mile beach. Would go back!“

„We had a great time here at Joes place! The condo has a gorgeous oceanfront view and the beach is well taken care of as well as the pool and swim up bar. I will say that it is recommended to rent a car as the resort that used to be Margaritaville is abandoned (bought by the Hyatt to be opened in 2028) so there isn’t a convenience store near by, so you will need a taxi or a rented car to get around. We had a great time and will definitely come back!“
