„I had a very pleasant stay at ArtHouse. That is mainly due to the staff whom were all excellent. In particular the receptionist Till, who went out of his way to assist with an external problem I had in Basel. Another advantage to many hotels in Basel Is that they have 24h reception. Very useful for people arriving late in the city and are expecting deliveries, etc. during the busy ArtBasel week. Highly recommend!!“

„Alles super.. gern wieder“

„• Top-tier shared shower and toilet facilities: highly functional, clean, and equipped with quality soap/shampoo. • Excellent soundproofing ensures a quiet environment free from hallway or neighboring noise. •Delicious breakfast options.(but no salami or hams and eggs) •one free cappuccino (need to order personally) • Free Basel Card included, offering complimentary public transport and 25% discounts on local attractions. ——— Unhelpful Self-Check-in & Lack of On-Site Staff •Staff presence ...

„Everything was wonderful in the hotel aside from the noise emanating from the AC (we noticed it only at night when we went to bed). It wasn't very loud, but it did bother us to sleep, and the problem hadn't been fixed by the time we left. We stayed there altogether for 3 nights. Might I just add that there were hardly any good hotels in the area that provided AC in the rooms during the heat wave that Switzerland had suffered, so just for that they deserve 2 thumbs up. 👍👍“
