„Ich habe im Novo Hotel in Casablanca übernachtet und war insgesamt sehr enttäuscht.
Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers war klar, dass hier kaum Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt wird:
• Der Boden war klebrig,
• überall Staub,
• ein deutlich unangenehmer Geruch im gesamten Raum.
Die Betten waren extrem unbequem, sodass ich kaum schlafen konnte und froh war, als die Nacht vorbei war. Das Badezimmer war okay, aber im Vergleich zum Rest des Zimmers kein Pluspunkt.

A certain age lady from reception shouted at me just cause I went my room to get my charger with my gf . As if it’s a prison . She could talk better way being a hospitality worker. Horrible experience made my whole stay bad. “
„The location is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful but the apartment layout was bizarre. The bathroom is on the main level and the shower on the upper level. The room is on the upper level. If you want go to the bathroom during the night, you have to walk downstairs to the main level. The stairs were sleepy and too high making them inconvenient and dangerous.
