„2 von 5 Sternen ist hier wirklich nett. Allgemein wirkt die gesamte Unterkunft sehr komisch. Auf den Bildern und von außen wirkt alles sehr modern und neu. Aber bei genauerem hinschauen merkt man, dass so gut wie alles auseinander fällt und die Bauarbeiter auf jeden Fall sehr gepfuscht haben. Zu den Punkt Abzügen: Gebucht haben wir ein Apartment mit 2 Zimmern - 1 king Bett und 1 queen Bett. Bekommen haben wir ein Apartment mit einem Zimmer (Queen Bett) und einem Sofa. „We are family with little kids and we stayed here almost 3 week . Location is very great close to you market and shop, property is plenty clean and quit . The first night I was not happy because washroom was dirty and I didn’t find stuff for laundry and cooking , but next morning Mehdi ( really excellent man ) fixed everything and we had great time there . I want to just focus that you need to tell about your problem and person ready to fix all for you . I come back one day “

„Check-in was smooth and the staff was quick to reply ans support. Apartment is quite good. 2 sofa bed and one queen bed. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apartment was clean. Its right on the main road and you could hear the traffic during the night (though we could sleep well). Very comfortable beds. Garage parking is available. Recommend it and would stay here if we return. “

„A group of us stayed and we all had great rooms and staff made us very comfortable.“

„The apartment was really spacious, the bed were comfortable. Were giving freshly washed towels on arrival. The communication with the staff was good, texted them on WhatsApp beforehand to ask if our rooms will be ready and they replied instantly confirming. The area is quiet so we slept well. We only stayed 1 night, so we didn't use the kitchen but it looks like it had everything you'd need. “

"Location is great, it is easy to get by foot to the market on medina and to several other sight seeing spots (Arab League Park is just across, Marina is ca. 15 min by foot). There are also several restaurants in the area. Hotel is renovated and feel relatively new. Our room was very good, comfy and cosy. The bed was good and the pillows too. Bathroom was super functional and practical. Breakfast was not excellent but good, with plenty of choices. Everything was clean, the room, bathroom, breakfast area, common hotel areas... Staff was okay-ish, some were very nice and some rather rude. This is definitely something that could be improved."

"There were no surprises, everything was excellent. Only the pool was being under renovation. Good location between the city and the airport. Near the hotel is a tramway station and a waiting point for small taxis. Sidewalks around the hotel are top, but not everywhere. "
