Located in Grand Baie, in a newly completed secured estate (end of 2024) with only 8 villas and 24/7 security, this single-storey 180 m² villa offers an exceptional setting where charm and serenity blend perfectly.
Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by Rebecca, our dedicated hostess, who will guide you through the villa and explain how everything works (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Relax in the bright, tastefully furnished living room with ceiling fan and air conditioning, or enjoy the fully equipped American-style kitchen opening onto the dining area.

Outside, two sun loungers await you for sunbathing, while a charming gazebo with a garden lounge is ideal for peaceful moments outdoors.

The villa features three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and private bathroom fitted with an Italian-style shower.
For your comfort, bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

The salt-treated swimming pool (not heated), measuring 10x3 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, is complemented by an outdoor shower – perfect for relaxing under the Mauritian sun.
The 80 m² outdoor area immerses you in a tropical, intimate ambiance.

Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure your comfort and entertainment:
The connected Smart TV (available only in the living room) offers access to YouTube and local channels.
The master bedroom's walk-in closet is also equipped with a safe for your valuables.

To ease your arrival, we provide some essentials so you can start your stay worry-free:
a bottle of water in the fridge, as well as salt, pepper, sugar, tea, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, 3 trash bags, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 coffee capsules, and 2 laundry capsules.
Shower gel and shampoo are also provided for the duration of your stay.
Please note: these are starter items – you'll need to replenish them as needed.

Housekeeping service is included: the villa is maintained in perfect condition thanks to weekly cleaning, as well as visits from our gardener and pool technician once a week.
Should anything arise, Noah, our maintenance technician, will be available to assist you quickly.
