Spread over two floors, the property has been designed to offer maximum comfort throughout the year, thanks to its underfloor heating and cooling system, ensuring a pleasant temperature in every room.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a guest toilet. From the living room, there is access to a lovely terrace with a table and chairs—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms: two with double beds (150x190 cm) and two with single beds (90x190 cm), as well as two full bathrooms. The entire house has been decorated with new furnishings, combining modern style and comfort to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Located just steps from Plaza Larga and the Nasrid wall, in the heart of the Albaicín, you’ll be surrounded by traditional bars, shops, and restaurants. The Alhambra, Mirador de San Nicolás, and other iconic landmarks are within walking distance, making this house the perfect base to explore Granada.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
