„The property was exactly as advertised and the location off of a cul-de-sac was even nicer than expected. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, yet close to town. We were there to fish, and we used 3 different good boat ramps and fish cleaning stations within just a few miles of the place. I was able to park the boat and plug it in just a few feet from our entry door to the property.The hosts were VERY congenial. We could not have asked for anything better.“

So I "gave" this house to the grooms parents. Turns out the father is one of seven siblings all of whom came for the wedding plus their kids and grandkids.
