Villa Unique Gradac - the hidden Dalmatian gem

Villa Unique is a newly built villa beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean style, perfect for families, couples and friends. This new 165m2 villa consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 3 ensuite bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. At their disposal, among other things, guests have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, TV in each room, a feeding chair and free parking. It also has a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher, so our guests can feel safe and carefree. We are always at your disposal, and whether you need advice on what to do and where to go, or you need your food/drink/newspapers/groceries delivered to the villa - just let us know. At times in which you feel most comfortable staying in and relaxing, Villa Unique is spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities you might need during your stay. It has international TV programs, foreign books and playing cards, so whatever kind of fun you are interested in, it is within reach in Villa Unique. We offer workout mats and some fitness equipment, like kettlebells. It's also possible to rent bicycles and electric motorcycles on request. Beaches are all within 400-600 meters from the villa.
