„Booked the accommodation as normal, got sent through access codes for the main building door and the individual apartment door.
Turned up at the apartment 5 minutes before check in and got an email saying the stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. Several other apartments from the same company still available to book on the website so this was clearly lies, why list a property that isn’t for to stay in?

„Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature.
Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to.

„We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. „One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out.

Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. „Well kept cottage that has everything that you need, lovely garden to sit out and relax in, and easy parking right outside on your doorstep.
Quiet village, that's close to many beaches, as you can't access the beach at Aldbrough due to cliff erosion, which is a real shame.
I would recommend to stay at the property if you drive, if you wish to get out and about as transport links to the major cities and towns are not regular. Also due to the cottage being in a rural village the wifi is very poor.“

"Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommendes Hotel, was jedoch neue Möbel bekommen hat. Der Teppichboden machte einen schmuddeligen Eindruck.
Zimmer 322 war kalt und blieb kalt, das Bad war eisig, obwohl der Reception mitgeteilt. Das WIFI war je nach Belegung schlecht bis mittelmässig.
