„Booked a twin room for 2 adult's and 2 kids. On arrival i expected more beds on the room( how other hotel do it). But only 2 large singles to sleep all 4. So i had to ask for more beds. Which they did find. But surely if a room is booked for 4 ....2 small beds wldnt b big enough.“
