It has the feel of country and only minutes away from year-round activities including skiing, water sports, golf, casinos, historical sites, fun parks and much more. This 3 level home comfortably sleeps 12. The key features of this home are a sweeping cathedral ceiling, wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, outdoor hot tub, barbeque, private beach and dock, a canoe and a rowboat. Wifi has been upgraded to 300mbps. A water softener has been added to make each shower or bath especially enjoyable. There are blackout curtains in each bedroom for those who like to sleep late. Each room has its own thermostat for your comfort. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You will see breathtaking views from the 700 square foot deck overlooking our 100 acre lake, as well as from the 8 1/2ft Dining Room table, loft, the dock, and the screened in porch. This property is in Big Bass Lake, an award winning, gated, recreational community with its own security. You’ll be within a 3/8 mile walk to the family picnic area and private beach. The community has many amenities, including an Olympic sized heated outdoor swimming pool, splash pad and an indoor pool, clubhouse with games and an excellent restaurant, playgrounds, tennis, basketball, pickleball, a hiking trail, swimming, fishing, etc. Amenity use passes must be purchased for renters age 7 and above only if the amenities are being used. Parking is free.
Bedroom setup is: Top floor: master bedroom has a king bed plus private full bath, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 1 set of bunk beds (top twin, bottom full) with bathroom, 2nd floor (kitchen level): 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds with full bath in between the bedrooms; 1st level: 5th bedroom with queen bed with half bath next to it. There is a futon on the mezzanine (top level) and 2 futons in the living room. There is a pull out sofa in the game room with full bed.
Renters are required to sign a lease and fill out a BBL rental application. You will be issued a registration number which will make it easy for you to enter the community.
NO PROM GROUPS. Renters must be 25 years old. Children with parents/grandparents are also welcome.
