„The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. „Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations. „We, 3 pers.and a dog, stayed for 4 nights in 2 different roomsin Rahoff.Very friendly, warm and helpful hotel owners. Very clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Sauna & Yacouzi were well working, ideal for 2pers. Extensive, good breakfast with home made Bulgarian specialities and differences in the daily offer. Diner also with typical Bulgarian recipes. Little minus: From the hotel to the Gondola (ski/snowboard)) takes at least 7min. The last day of our stay, the ventilator in the bathroom was blocked. ...

„Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience.“

„Idiotic REQUEST I don't have time for this You want evaluation of not“

„Für ein bulgarisches Hotel wirklich super freundliches Personal (sind ja aber auch viele aus Griechenland). Shuttle Bus zum Lift. Sehr schönes Zimmer durch Upgrade, vielen Dank!“

„First I would like to say that the Hotel personal and service were great! Very polite, forthcoming and helpful! I would consider staying in this hotel only because of the great service. Unfortunately the photos look much much better than the reality. We were a group of 5 and rented an apartment with living room/ Kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was supposedly renovated. When we got there the whole room smelled like smoke and cigarettes. Other than that the room was ...
