„Very friendly and helpful staff.“

„Besides beautiful location and very elegant resort, receptionist, Gabriela, was very responsive to our requests and made the necessary accommodations right away.“

„Personal ist nicht hilfreich“

„Leider war die Mikrowelle kaputt und auch der Herd funktioniert nicht nur das Backrohr ging konnte mir zumindest was warm machen Ansonsten war alles okay“

„Frügstück an Angebot war ok. Frisch und schmackhaft.“

„simply great“

„Fortunately I picked up a Local SIM card at the train station. There was no one at reception- only a QR code to scan for check-in procedures. And that referred me to the agency where I booked the reservation. There, I did find check-in info. Construction of a subway station near the hotel limited access to restaurants or stores. There was access to an elevated walkway that crossed Central Expressway to the other side and it has elevators. The restaurant, Bistro Weiss, was good.“

„Everything was great. Friendly staff. This room was smaller than our last but comfortable. Breakfast is good. You can order eggs done as you like. Nice. “
