„The property was beautiful. The separate entry downstairs room/bathroom was perfect for our adult nephew. The loft was a haven for our 17 year old and the 11 year old was satisfied with the sleeper sofa. The beds (foam mattress?) were exceptionally comfortable and there were many charming touches throughout.“

„We loved this place, it was just enough space for all of us. The only complaint was one of the beds was too hard so I slept on the couch, but it was very comfortable. The house was in a great location, the view exceptional, furniture was very comfortable, and kitchen was fully equipped. We loved sitting out in the deck/balcony just enjoying the view. „Every year, we visit Rockport with our kids. My grandparents used to own a house downtown, so we have many fond memories of the area. The house was definitely worth the price, and our 10-year-old loved celebrating her birthday there. We had a birthday dinner, and our other daughter had everything she needed in the kitchen for cooking.“

„Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. „A very cute little property. There are several units. Ours was about the size of a hotel room with a micro wave and fridge. Great location close to restaurants and swimming. If we stay here again we will bring something to soften the mattress. “
