Downstairs you will find the large open plan living room, 2 large bedrooms including 2 x queen beds and 2 single bunk bed, main bathroom and fully equipped laundry with access to the backyard and a large shed complete with table tennis table.

Upstairs, the kitchen overlooks a large dining and family room that opens onto the front balcony with fantastic rural views, where the Cockle Train can be seen when running.

There is also a powder room off the main living area offering easy access for everyone enjoying the upstairs space.

The master suite is complete with a king size bed ensuite and access to the front balcony.

Supplies & Amenities: Properties are rented on a self-contained basis. As each property is privately owned, provided supplies and amenities vary from property to property. We provide basic starter supplies to cover your arrival (a complimentary toilet roll and hand wash at each bathroom, dishwasher tablets, and a bin liner). You will need to bring or purchase your own:
Toiletries & personal wash products
Additional toilet paper, paper towels, & bin liners
Food, condiments, tea/coffee, & cooking oils
Laundry powder, dish soap, & additional dishwasher tablets

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

PET Policy
We welcome your furry friends, but please be aware of our pet policy.
Guests are responsible for removing any pet waste from the property grounds. To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
If extra cleaning and/or damages are found to be caused by your pet, you will incur an additional charge, the associated costs will be charged to the credit card on file


Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% charge: Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival
- Non-refundable: Cancellation within 14 days of arrival

A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
