Welcome to The Dune Shack, where classic beachside charm meets laid-back comfort. This rustic holiday home is perfect for families, just a short stroll from the golden sands of Goolwa Beach. With only the dunes between you and the ocean, youll instantly feel those quintessential beach vibes.

Inside, this charming shack offers a relaxed open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, along with an additional lounge at the front for extra space. There are three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring everyone has room to unwind and play the one of many board games available for guests use:
Vintage Trivia Pursuit, Upwords, Tell me quiz, Rummikub, Games Compendium, Connect 4, Stacrobats, Shaky Surgery, Poopyhead, Chomp and 500 piece puzzle We also have a range of DVD's available also. The main living area, complete with TV and DVD player, flows onto a balcony with gorgeous dune views, where you can enjoy your meals or simply relax.

Sleeping up to 7, you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom ideal for kids with a set of bunks and a single bed. The two bathrooms offer convenience, one with a bath and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet.

Step out onto the rear balcony to soak in those amazing sand dune views from the outdoor furniture. From here, a gate leads directly from the fully fenced yard to the walking path to the beach, making sandy adventures effortlessly close.

Please note: The Dune Shack embraces its rustic and vintage character, with some areas showing signs of age. If you're looking for a modern, sleek property, this may not be the ideal fit. We aim for comfort and a true shack experience!

As a basic, self-catered rental, we provide mattress protectors, quilts, quilt covers, pillows, and pillow protectors. Remember to bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels, or arrange linen hire through our office.

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
