This home is so close to Goolwa Beach you can walk over the sand dunes and into the ocean. Enjoy balmy nights on the back timber deck watching the children play in the large back yard.

The Space:
Downstairs
There is a large lounge area with oversized sofas, a huge TV and a combustion heater to create a warm ambience. An adjoining dining room with seating for eight leads into the kitchen equipped with gas cooking, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and pantry or outside on to the large timber deck with furniture to seat ten.

Behind the kitchen is the laundry with a washing machine and a door leading to the undercover carport.
There is also a separate toilet and shower in this area.

Bedroom three has a double bed, a single bunk a wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Upstairs
The mezzanine floor includes a seating area and a desk adjoining another TV room.

Bedroom one includes a king bed, and a luxurious ensuite with large walk in shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a ceiling fan.
Bedroom two has queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and views of the back yard.
There is a powder room off bedroom two that includes a vanity and shower.

Main Bathroom with a gorgeous bath and shower over bath, vanity and toilet.

There are two driveways with plenty of carparking space for the boat.
Guests will need to supply own firewood from the local service station.
