Little minus: From the hotel to the Gondola (ski/snowboard)) takes at least 7min. The last day of our stay, the ventilator in the bathroom was blocked. ...

The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations. „Hotel liegt gut, nicht direkt im Verkehr, aber auch nicht zu weit weg vom Lift. Solide gebaut mit Anlehnung an die lokale Tradition Leider ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Frühstück ist ok, nichts besonderes..."Bansko Standart" (hat also einiges Potential "nach oben"). Service ist ebenfalls nur ok.“

„Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!“
