„Group of us doing the local Texas River Marathon canoe race. This place is located in the middle of where we wanted to paddle. Four bedrooms with 1 bath took a little shuffling with 7 folks getting ready in the morning. Daughter works with horses at a boarding ranch at home. So she was a happy girl here. Nice and quite with plenty of room.“

„The place was fantastic the big kitchen island was great for the crowd and the ice machine was a bonus the layout and size of the bedrooms were perfect and we enjoyed the patio a fire pit area in the evenings would definitely rent again“

„This place is the most amazing place to stay in Victoria. I'm from Victoria and moved to Houston and always stay in hotels. But I will not be doing that ever again. The quiet and beautiful scenery, the duck ponds, the atmosphere, is all peaceful. The cabin was decorated so CUTE! Everything was provided from pots, dish ware, cooking utensils and silverware. A tv in both bedrooms with and the living room. You can't beat the price and also the proximity to downtown. I could not recommend this ...
