„My only problem was with the door to our room. There was a significant gap between the door and top half of the doorframe that allowed the bright light from the hallway into our room. Maintenance was sent but there really wasn’t much that could be done. I was given extra towels to cover the gap the best I could. They couldn’t move us to another room due to being booked full.“

„I love it. I would definitely come back“

„Love this hotel. Love the staff!“

„Coffee station is very good“

Once someone came in to empty trash and clean towels, that was my sixth day at the hotel. I asked if he was going to clean my room, he referred me to the housekeeping manager. When I saw the housekeeping manager and explained my situation I quote” I don’t know I didn’t work yesterday “. Really this is the response from a manager? The proper answer would be to a ...

„Liked everything except having to pay for parking“

„Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having a separate sitting area with comfortable seating“
