Immerhin kann man zu der Stadt den Bus nr 19 nehmen - die Halterstelle ist gleich am Hotel! Gerne wieder"

"Die Anlage war traumhaft, direkt in der Nähe eines Strandes mit weißem Sand gelegen. Das Hotel wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren gebaut und sieht dementsprechend auch neu und gepflegt aus. Unser Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war das Beste, das wir in unseren drei Wochen in Vietnam hatten. Die Preise für das Mittag- und Abendessen fand ich allerdings sehr teuer im Vergleich zu dem, was man bekommt. Das Personal war wie überall in Vietnam sehr freundlich, aber der Service für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel fanden wir nicht ausreichend. Die Englischkenntnisse waren auch sehr schlecht, was für uns eigentlich kein Problem wäre, aber das erwartet man in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel."

"Fußläufig ist wenig erreichbar. Man ist auf das Taxi oder einen fahrbaren Untersatz angewiesen. Dann erreicht man aber viele sehenswerte Orte der Insel schnell. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und Service orientiert. Das Zimmer (Nummer 123) ist wunderschön mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Meer war zu unserem Aufenthalt im November 2025 unruhig und nicht zum Baden geeignet. Vielen Dank an das Hotel für den tollen Aufenthalt. "

Every single staff member we encountered was incredible, but two people truly stood out—May from Guest Relations and Phoenix from Housekeeping. Their dedication and warmth made our stay even more special. May went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience possible, always checking in with us and making us feel at home. Phoenix’s attention to detail and kindness were remarkable—our room was always spotless, and she constantly surprised us with thoughtful gestures. During our stay, my brother unfortunately fell ill, and the hotel staff did everything in their power to support him. Their genuine care and assistance made a world of difference, and we are beyond grateful. The property itself is stunningly beautiful, incredibly calm, and impeccably clean—a perfect place to relax and unwind. And let’s talk about the food—especially the breakfast! It was absolutely breathtaking, with a wide selection of delicious options that left us speechless every morning. Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc is a great destination. With its outstanding service, serene atmosphere, and world-class dining, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway."
