„This hotel is a fantastic place with good service and food“

„Alles zusammengefasst, gut.“

„Very welcoming and professional staff in general. Be carful though when leaving items with the concierge service. One of my two bags went missing, during 24 hours i got all kinds of contradictory explications. Bag was returned a day later - with items missing. Manager sent copy past style email, said the matter was important to him and then... nothing. I heard it was not the first time this happens - so be careful“

„It was okay “

„Food at the restaurant was delicious. Staff was friendly and very helpful“

„The hotel is in the North, 30 min from the TNR airport. The indoor pool is small but pleasant, with a small gym (without weight machines) and a sauna and Hammam. BF was good enough. The Japanese Teppanyaki place was closed on Sun but we went later in the week and was pretty good but not spectacular. Our only issue was that after 3 stays at this hotel during our Madagascar trip, the hotel charged us for BF for one of us when they had told us it was included when we checked in.

„Nice hotel, but the pool is really cold and except for the mall there is nothing to see or do. “

„A very nice hotel, even for European standards. A nice and helpful personal, as well as good food. Strong recommendation! “

„Outstanding friendly staff and lovely decorated room in a wonderful colonial house with lots of Charme. Sweet breakfast and perfect for a stop in between a journey through Madagascar “
