The space
This unit has a total area of 701 square feet and has been newly renovated with a sleek quartz countertop and features a full-sized closet along with additional kitchen cabinets for extra storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, gas range with oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and rice cooker. You'll also find all the kitchen essentials, including dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. For your convenience, a desk area is provided, ideal for studying or remote work.

Extended stays available. The room will be professionally cleaned between each stay.

This cozy unit is ideal for a variety of travelers, whether you're a healthcare professional on the go, a business traveler, or a college student attending SBCC or UCSB. Our fully furnished rental offers a comfortable and convenient extended stay just bring your suitcase and settle right in!

Guest access
You have one assigned parking space for your car.

You have access to the entire condo unit including the private and fenced patio. You have access as well to the pool and laundry area using a key fob.

• No Pets are allowed. Sorry
• Max occupancy, 3 registered guests through VRBO allowed only.
• One assigned parking available. Street parking are ample and available for all guests but it is a first come first serve basis.
• No daily housekeeping or mid-stay cleaning available. Cleaning will occur before and after stay of each guest.
• No mailed items will be allowed for delivery to address. Please use local USPS for general delivery of packages and personal mail.
• Self-Check in; Keyless entry. And may check in anytime after 3 pm.
• Noises:
Please be aware that there may be some noise in the condominium. As this unit is on the first floor, sounds from the upstairs units may be audible. Additionally, ongoing construction in the area, as well as noise from the nearby freeway and Amtrak/train, may also be heard from time to time. While these noises are part of the urban setting, we aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. • For Guests Working the Graveyard Shift:
If you're working a graveyard shift, please be mindful when booking. Due to the daily noises from the area, such as construction, traffic, and general activity, you may have difficulty sleeping in the morning. We recommend considering these factors before making your reservation to ensure a restful stay.

• Washer and Dryer are NOT in the condo unit. There are coin washer and dryer within the La Goleta Complex near the pool area.
Laundromat is also nearby.
