„Die Lage ist schön, aber es befindet sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe des HW 101. Den hört man auf dem Balkon ganz gut. Die Preise sind sehr hoch und der Service kommt hier kaum mit. Beim Frühstück wartet man dann sehr lange und die Nebenkosten summieren sich (Parken 70$ pro Nacht !“

„Enjoyed my stay at the cottage. The property is really unique, surrounded on all sides by the avocado grove, with views of the ocean and an abundance of wildflowers. Felt safe and secure and the host is so kind and considerate. If you love buying produce from local producers and fresh fish straight off the boat, Goleta is a great place to visit.“

„We were in Santa Barbara for a family wedding and this house was the perfect “stay”!! Why pay thousands for multiple hotel rooms when you can all stay together for so much less? 3 bedroom, 2 bath VERY cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We all wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the outside seating, patio, and fire pit! We’ll be back! “
