„ The good: Very helpful staff. Great location and dining options. Quiet. Clean. The not quite as good: The mattress was not comfortable and bed creaked if you moved. The pool lights stay on all night and even on the 4th floor, with the blinds closed, they illuminate the room.“

„Room was clean and spacious. Motorized back out screens were great. Had an accessible room. Well equipped but bed was only 18 inches off the floor. I am not in a wheelchair but have significant mobility issues. Getting in and out of the bed was very difficult. Staff said all accessible rooms now have low beds. Not sure what to do in the future “

„Der Empfang war überaus freundlich. Das Personal hat uns über die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten umfassend informiert. Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Baltimore, aber in 15 Min. kann man den Inner Harbour sehr gut erreichen. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Tankstelle und mehrere Restaurants, die alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. “

„Nice and clean hotel, easy check-in. Only negative, restaurants in the hotel close very early. Location is great, close to mall, casinos and restaurants. “

„Nice room and nice breakfast. Not a fan of the housekeeping schedule being every other day. We had to ask for more towels, but otherwise everything was clean and nice.“

„Upon arrival to my room, there was a light on around the coffeepot. I searched everywhere for the switch to turn it off, but could not locate it. Needless to say, I didnt sleep very well that first night. It would have been a nice touch to have bottled water in the room.“
