„The place is amazing the only issue was there was construction next door so we had noise from 7am to 5 every weekday. Not really a big deal but would have been nice to know prior. The area was so pretty and all the people were friendly and helpful Would recommend and we would go again. 10/10“

„We had a great stay at the Presidential Palace property. The home is very spacious and was fantastic for our group of six on the island for a fishing trip. „The house is beautiful but quirky. No or little insulation so you hear all road noise in bedrooms since rooms are closer to street. Hot water is not very hot. It’s ok but could be better. The hurricane shutters on porch/deck were still latched closed as if in a hurricane so outdoor light and view limited to glass doors which were dirty. „First class property. Great dock on the water with lights for night fishing. Caught a few gar at night. Full kitchen, large TV, ice machine, and the best cleaning station were great amenities to have. If you plan to watch football, plan ahead and use an account like Google TV. Had to use emergency override to operate the lift. No big deal once we got it figured out. Would definitely stay there again. “

„The house is right on the water across from several large fishing boats. It was neat to see them and the pelicans. The host communicated well. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the place. The showers still had bars of soap and hair from the last guest. I had to find cleaner and clean the showers myself so we could shower. There were dirty underwear under my bed and dirty socks under another bed. As much as I paid for one night, I'd expect a clean house at least.“
