The Space:

A three-bedroom apartment on level 22 of Circle on Cavill, Surfers Paradise, with ocean views from every room. You wake to sunrise over the Pacific and take your coffee onto the balcony while the beach is still empty. Cavill Avenue is at the front door. The sand is a walk, not a drive.



Three bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living area that holds everyone at once. This is the only three-bedroom apartment we run in Circle on Cavill, and it books for the obvious reason: two families travelling together, or two couples who each want their own door.



The kitchen is built to cook in: oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, cooking basics, wine glasses and a Nespresso machine. We leave coffee pods, T2 teas, sugar and milk so the first morning does not start with a supermarket run. There is a dining table and children's tableware.



The living area has a TV and a sound system, with board games, arcade games and books. Air conditioning, heating, portable fans and black-out blinds. Washing machine and dryer inside the apartment, plus an iron, hangers and a safe. There is a bathtub, and mid-stay housekeeping is available at extra cost. The private balcony has outdoor furniture and a dining setting.



Sleeping Arrangements



Three separate bedrooms, each with an ocean outlook and black-out blinds. Bed linen, extra pillows and blankets provided, with clothing storage and hangers.



Travelling with a baby: a travel cot and a standalone high chair are always here. We do not supply cot sheets or a mattress. Bring the sheets your baby already sleeps on, because commercial detergent can irritate their skin. The cot has a padded base mat.



Work & Connectivity



Wifi throughout, plus a wired ethernet connection, which is the difference between a call that holds and one that drops. A dedicated workspace means you are not working off the dining table while the family eats. Long-term stays are allowed, and with in-apartment laundry, a full kitchen and a Woolworths you can walk to, a month runs as easily as a week.

- Cavill Avenue. The building's own street: cafes, restaurants, shopping and the Surfers Paradise nightlife.

- Surfers Paradise Beach. A short walk down the Cavill Avenue mall to the sand.

- Woolworths. Walkable, so the weekly shop needs no car.

- G:link tram. The Cavill Avenue stop puts the light rail at your feet.

- Broadbeach. A straight run south on the tram, for the dining strip and quieter sand.

- Pacific Fair, Broadbeach. The Gold Coast's biggest shopping centre, same tram line.

- HOTA, Home of the Arts. A short drive inland for gallery shows and live music.

- Key collection. KeyNest at Mini Mart Peninsular, 4/50 Peninsular Drive, a 4 minute walk, open daily 6am to 1am.

- Families. Three bedrooms, a travel cot, a high chair, toys for ages 0 to 5, a playground downstairs and three pools. The black-out blinds are why the kids actually sleep.

- Two couples. Three real bedrooms with doors, two living spaces, and a balcony nobody has to share all evening.

- Long stays and relocations. In-apartment laundry, full kitchen, dedicated workspace, wired ethernet, free parking, a supermarket you can walk to.

- Work trips with the family attached. Calls on ethernet at the desk, the tram to Broadbeach for them, everyone on the balcony at six.

- Beach holidays. Beach access, sun loungers, three pools, and a view you will keep photographing.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS:

To ensure you get your key code ensure you accept the terms and conditions, complete the ID verification step and pay the fees ($15) for refundable deposit ($750) and as soon as your booking is confirmed. Check in instructions with key code are sent as soon this essential step is completed.



EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:

Please plan for a check-in time of 3 PM. You will receive a notification as soon as your accommodation is ready for you. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate early check-in requests, please be aware that, unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms to offer. If another guest is departing on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team will need sufficient time to prepare the space to ensure it meets our high standards. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.



LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedule, we may be able to offer a later check-out. Please reach out to us before 8 pm the night before your departure to confirm if this can be arranged. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, if you need to check out after 11 am, an additional night’s fee will apply. This payment must be made via the Airbnb Resolution Centre by the night before your check-out, or housekeeping will be scheduled for the standard 10 am check-out time.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide complimentary essential supplies. Each bathroom is equipped with 30 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, & toilet paper.



Kitchen is equipped with cookware, crockery, glassware and all essential kitchen appliances. A selection of T2 teas, Nespresso machine with LOR coffee pods, sugar and milk are provided. Please note that these are intended as starter supplies and may not last the entire duration of your booking. They are provided to help you settle in without the immediate need to visit a supermarket.



PORTACOT & HIGHCHAIR:

We have one portacot and one high chair available for your convenience. Please note, for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide linens or mattresses for the portacot. This is to protect your baby’s sensitive skin from potential reactions to the detergents used by commercial laundries. We recommend using your own familiar fabrics, linens, and mattress to ensure your baby's comfort and avoid any sensitivities. However, the portacot does come with a padded mat for the base.



FURTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE:

There is a sensor in the apartment’s living area, which is NOT a camera or recording device. It monitors noise levels, environmental factors (temperature and humidity), and occupancy (motion and the number of mobile devices nearby). It does not record raw audio, and the data is presented only as graphs and numbers, not images or recordings.



Parties, gatherings, schoolies or social events are not allowed at any time during the stay. Please note that any disturbances will endure immediate cancelation of the booking without any refund and you will be asked to vacate the apartment in 10 minutes.
