To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read and follow the house rules below. 1. Check-in and Check-out - Check-in and check-out times are as confirmed in your booking. - Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance by Accom365. - Please follow the check-in instructions provided and return all keys and access cards as directed. 2. Registered Guests Only - Only guests included in the confirmed reservation may stay overnight. - Additional visitors require prior approval from Accom365. - The maximum occupancy of the apartment must not be exceeded. 3. No Parties or Events - Parties, functions and gatherings are strictly prohibited. - The apartment is located in a residential building. Please respect other residents and their right to quiet enjoyment. - Excessive noise or antisocial behaviour may result in the termination of your stay. 4. Quiet Hours - Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am - Keep music, television and conversations at a considerate volume at all times. - Please be mindful of noise in hallways, lifts and other common areas. 5. No Smoking or Vaping - Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. - Do not smoke or vape in any prohibited common area. - Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Never throw anything from windows or balconies. 6. Pets - Pets are not permitted unless written approval has been provided in advance and the applicable building rules allow them. 7. Apartment Care - Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances and belongings with care. - Report any accidental damage, breakages or maintenance issues to Accom365 as soon as possible. - Guests may be held responsible for damage or loss caused during their stay, subject to applicable booking terms and law. - Please leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. 8. Balcony and Window Safety - Do not climb, lean over or sit on balcony railings. - Do not hang towels, clothing or other items over balcony railings. - Never throw or drop objects from the apartment. - Keep children supervised at all times around windows and balconies. 9. Building Facilities and Common Areas - Please follow all building signage, access instructions and body corporate rules. - Treat lifts, corridors, foyers and shared facilities respectfully. - Do not prop open secure entry doors or allow unauthorised people into the building. - Access to building amenities is subject to the apartment`s entitlements and the applicable building rules. Security and Access - Keep the apartment door locked when leaving. - Do not share access codes, keys or swipe cards with unauthorised persons. - Lost keys or access cards must be reported to Accom365 promptly. Rubbish and Recycling - Please dispose of rubbish in the designated building waste facilities. - Follow any recycling and waste-disposal instructions provided. - Do not leave rubbish in hallways, lifts or other common areas. 12. Fire Safety - Do not disable, cover or tamper with smoke alarms, sprinklers or other fire-safety equipment. - Do not use fire exits except in an emergency. - Familiarise yourself with the building`s emergency exits and evacuation procedures. - Any accidental activation of an alarm should be reported promptly. Guests may be responsible for costs arising from negligent or deliberate misuse, where applicable. 13. Parking - Use only the parking space specifically allocated to your booking, if applicable. - Do not park in another resident`s space or obstruct driveways, access points or emergency exits. - Please confirm parking arrangements with Accom365 before arrival if they have not already been provided. 14. Check-out Responsibilities Before leaving, please: - Ensure all personal belongings have been collected. - Wash used dishes and leave the kitchen tidy. - Dispose of rubbish appropriately. - Turn off lights and appliances. - Close windows and lock the door. - Return all keys and access cards according to the departure instructions. 16.
