The open-plan living area is filled with natural light, with a generous sofa and a TV with Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Netflix for endless movie marathons. The well-equipped kitchen keeps holiday meals easy with a full-size fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and espresso machine. The timber dining table for four is an inviting spot to enjoy breakfast and take in the scenic views before hitting the beach.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, private TV, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, plus its own small balcony with city and sea glimpses. The second bedroom has two single beds and a peaceful outlook over the ocean. A second bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower gives everyone space to refresh after a day on the sand, while the private washer and dryer make longer stays easy to manage.

Split-system air conditioning and heating are available in the living room and primary bedroom, with ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Please note there is no designated on-site parking, though the apartment’s walkable location makes it easy to reach the beach, dining and central Surfers Paradise on foot.

There is construction taking place next door, which may result in some daytime noise. Traffic noise from the surrounding area may also be noticeable.

Keys are collected from a local convenience store, located next to the Surfers Paradise tram station, approximately a 6-minute walk from the apartment. Please note the collection point closes at 1:00am.
