Captains Quarters is the perfect oceanside gathering place for you and your friends & family. Nestled in a quiet beachside neighborhood, the home is less than a 2 minute walk to one of Oregon's most beautiful beaches. Sneak off for quiet mornings with your coffee to watch the waves or run down with the kids to play in the sand!
Beautifully remodeled house has a fun open space feel with 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and sleeps 7. Family friendly with board games, X-boxes, fireplace & sauna!

Captains Quarters is designed, furnished and set up to help make guests feel as comfortable and at home as possible while they take time to relax and enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast.

The home is a two story duplex located in a quiet HOA neighborhood nestled between Hwy 101 and the Ocean. Like many homes on the coast the main living area is on the top floor to make the most of the ocean view from the sunroom.


FIRST FLOOR

From the entryway door you walk into an open foyer with seating to take off your shoes, shoe storage, coat hooks and laundry. Off of the foyer is the Full/Twin Trundle Pirate Bedroom and the King Quartermaster Bedroom. The garage also leads into the foyer area.

QUARTERMASTER BEDROOM-KING
King size bedroom on first floor with two bedside tables, two bedside lamps, mirrored closet and TV with Roku.

PIRATE BEDROOM-FULL & TWIN
Fun pirate themed kids bedroom on first floor with full size bed, twin trundle bed, mirrored closet and TV with Roku and Xbox.

FULL DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM
Located on first floor off of foyer with easy access to both downstairs bedrooms. Bathtub/Shower with glass doors, toilet, large vanity counter with sink, mirror, and drawers, and hairdryer.

LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer located in laundry closet on first floor off of foyer. Iron board and Iron also available

SECOND FLOOR

The Livingroom, Kitchen and Dining Room all share a high ceiling, open space area. The Sunroom seating area sits off of the main Livingroom. The King Captains Bedroom and Full Bathroom sit at the top of the stairs.

UPSTAIRS KING BEDROOM
KIng bed, with 2 bedside tables, each with a lamp. Large walk in closet with dresser, TV w/ Roku. Ensuite Bathroom that leafs unto the shared hall.

UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
Two room bathroom. First room has a single sink and toilet. Second room had shower/bath with glass door and single sink. Bathroom can be accessed by the shared hallway and from the king bedroom.

LIVINGROOM
Two large cozy loveseats sit on either side of the Livingroom with the dining table between them. One loveseat and chair face the large 82 Inch LG Smart TV with Roku and Cable and the other loveseat sits next to the gas Fireplace.

DINING AREA
Dining Table (seats 6 comfortably) is located in the middle of the living area and has two cushioned end seats and two benches that each seat two comfortably.

KITCHEN
Fully stocked kitchen with:
Lots of tiled counter space and storage for groceries.
Double sink
Gas stovetop and oven
Stainless steel refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher
Glass and plastic drinking ware

Drip and Keurig coffee makers

SUNROOM SITTING AREA
Sits off of main Livingroom (no doors).
The Sunroom is the perfect place to relax, read or play games with its large comfy full couch, large coffee table, two reclining chairs, board games, and TV with Roku and Xbox. Extra bonus is a view of the waves across the street!

SAUNA
The Sauna is located in the garage. It is made of wood construction, electric powered and seats 2 people comfortably. There are blinds on the garage window for privacy.

BEACH ACCESS
Captains Quarters is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach! There is a beach path directly from the neighborhood. You can walk the beach South all the way to the mouth of Hunter Creek and North all the way to the Jetty of the Rogue River!

LOCATION
Captains Quarters is on the South end of Gold Beach. You are less than a five minute drive to the grocery store and the Port of Gold Beach. Some restaurant's are about a 10-15 minute walk away.

PARKING
Two vehicles maximum. One large truck can fit in the garage and one medium vehicle can fit on parking apron in front of house.

WIFI and INTERNET
We carry Charter internet, which we think is the best provider in the area. Be aware that because we are located on the coast and because of coastal weather the internet is sometimes not consistent and is subject to outages.
