The outside area has lots of space to relax at the large pool and the newly built second kitchen area is a great place to cook, eat and have a good time with your family and friends. „Nice villa in good location close to the autostrada although not close to a village or so. Good layout of rooms, airy atmosphere, very clean and wonderful porch with a great pool. Comfort of the beds is acceptable. Has no central heat, only ACs in the bedrooms, so the living room was a bit chilly in April. „Nur wenige Autominuten von Termini Imerese gelegen, bietet das schöne Anwesen von Giovanni alles für einen wunderbaren Urlaub auf Sizilien. „We had a very nice stay over New Years Eve with a group of 7 adults and 3 little children. Patrizia‘s place is clean, very cozy, and offers plenty of space for everybody. We especially liked that there were bathrooms for almost every bedroom. The view is amazing. It’s a nice location to do small trips to close-by villages . Communication went very well and Patrizia was very responsive. We would recommend it!“

Straßen waren wegen der andauernden Regenfälle überspült, unterspült und mit Schlamm und seegroßen, knöcheltiefen Pfützen kaum befahrbar. Glückerweise sind wir in der Abgeschiedenheit nicht liegen geblieben. Parallel läuft eine Beschwerde und die Forderung der Mietrückzahlung und einer Entschädigung, weil wir sofort eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bräuchten.
