I had a luxury room but no remote control for the A/C. It was freezing cold in the room, I asked for a remote control, they refused to permanently hand one over to me, as they said ...

„Very clean room. Comfortable bed and amazing staff. Safe area, where even at night going for a walk was pleasant. Everything from places for food to public transportation was easily accessible. They have in-house restaurant serves excellent food.“

„We were drawn to the hotel as we wanted a pool. Unfortunately, the pool in the photographs are of a different SinQ hotel. The pool here is very, very small, no sun loungers, just the bar seats as the pool area is part of the bar! We had two nights and the first was great. The second night the hotel became a party venue with the bar overhead and then people running around the corridors, shouting and slamming doors“
