The instructions regarding check in were very clear, and we had everything we needed for the few days including plenty of firewood. The view from the living area is simply stunning, and watching the wallabies and kangaroos hopping past was delightful. We would definitely recommend Barry's place to anyone! “

„We had a wonderful stay at this charming 1890s cottage in Blackheath. The house is spacious and filled with quirky antique touches that give it a lovely old-world charm. Everything was immaculately clean, with fresh, crisp bedding that made us feel right at home.The house had everything we needed.The view over the mountains was absolutely stunning—especially in the mornings when the fog rolled in, creating a magical atmosphere. We loved cozying up by the fire in the kitchen and enjoyed watching ...

„We absolutely loved our stay. The property is unique with its wood panelling and comfy nooks throughout, but its real selling points were the breathtaking views from every window. We appreciated the little touches too like the chocolate biscuits in the fridge and bottle od wine ledt for us. Would highly recommend. “

The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the Village shops, supermarkets, hotels and coffee shops. Also an easy walk to the rail station if that form of transport is required. All in all a comfortable place to base yourself for a Mountains getaway.“
