„The home owner canceled our reservation only hours before we were scheduled to arrive. They had frozen pipes in the house which indicates extremely poor maintenance by the homeowner. There are ways to avoid these situations. I want to make sure this is reported to VRBO. He should not be allowed to have a rental unit. “

Also, any question we sent her, she immediately got back to us. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed...an abundance of paper towels, toilet paper, blankets, towels.
