„Sure! Here's a shorter version of the review:---A Secret Place to Slow Down lives up to its name, quiet, cozy, and beautifully set in nature. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly relaxing. Close enough to Gloucester’s attractions but tucked away enough to truly unplug. The hosts were kind and attentive. A true hidden gem, we can’t wait to return!“

„We had a fantastic catch up with our children (some visiting from Canada) and their friends. They loved being close to the Mountain Bike Park, they could even ride home for lunch. We also had a dip in the river, did some platypus, possum and bird watching and enjoyed relaxing in the evening around the slow combustion fire. The comfy warm beds were a luxury, no wet tents to pack in the morning.“

„Alan and Eva were so lovely and kind during the stay. They were very accommodating and helpful! My friend and I had an amazing time staying here, watching the sunsets and sitting by the campfire. Lovely place to unwind and have a weekend off in nature. We got to see the cows and the lovely views around the farm. The cosy off-grid cabin felt like a home away from home. „It was great being so close to the little stream that runs past tiny house. We were fortunate to be there during quite a rainy period and the stream turned into a gushing river which was music to my ears while falling asleep with the door open. The cabin is cute and very tidy with thoughtful local insights and books and games to keep us occupied. “

„Unfortunately for us we stayed whilst a severe weather event impacted the entire mid north coast of NSW so our hiking and mountain biking plans weren’t able to be met. The property is as presented and very comfortable. Our hosts were also very communicative and generous in allowing us to stay longer, should we have needed to, due to the significant flooding in the area. Very much appreciated. “
