"Our room was farthest away from office. Junk piled everywhere at two rooms to our left. Not construction but old appliances and such. Cockroaches in bathroom. Made reservation for four adults. Paid for four adults and had 2 towels of three sizes..... to me that is not good customer service. Will ..."
