Guests are welcome to explore the fields, wander along the creek, visit the donkeys, or find a quiet spot of your own. Follow the creek to our small waterfall, where a natural shallow water hole is perfect for families to splash, explore, and create sweet country memories together. Construction of an improved barn and picnic pavilion beginning in the Fall of 2026!

Inside, the farmhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of room to spread out. The king suite features a private en suite with an oversized walk-in shower and separate soaking tub; the perfect place to unwind after a day in the mountains.

The two additional bedrooms each have access to their own bathroom, with the third bedroom offering an especially unique setup for families or couples traveling together. Located on the far side of the house, this studio-style space has its own bedroom, bathroom, and private living/dining/relaxation area. It can be accessed from the main house or through its own exterior entrance allowing the space to be completely separated from the main house when extra privacy is desired. **garage area is private and reserved for property caretaker equipment and animal feed**

Spend your days exploring the Cashiers Plateau, boating on Lake Glenville, discovering nearby waterfalls, trout fishing in local rivers, or enjoying the shops and restaurants of Cashiers. Then come home, settle onto the porch, listen to the creek, and enjoy the quiet.
